          Travel Professional Agreement to the Confidential Tariff and Policy

  1. Reservation Requests shall be sent through our Online Reservation System BLINK in order to participate to the Travel Professional Commission Program.
  2. Requests must always provide full names of all passengers, airport code, flight number, International or Domestic flight, scheduled arrival / departure time and hotel.
  3. Once arrived at the destination: Airport in SSR Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, SIC passengers and PVT passengers will be greeted by our Airport Representative at counter No 25 or the Driver with a sign board with their names written on it.
  4. It is mandatory that passengers call +230 52572923 or +230 5257 1448, should they not find the Airport representative of the driver.  We will immediately contact our personnel helping your clients to find our Driver or Representative.  Passengers who will not call us and take a taxi to the hotel will be charged as no show.
  5. Appointment > Tours and Excursions: We strongly recommend Passengers to contact their respective Representative for the tours the day prior to the excursion to confirm the pickup time and location. Passengers must arrive on time at the appointments. Passengers arriving late at the appointments may not be able to join the activity booked and will not be refunded.
  6. All Tours are subject to changes and updates (itinerary description and price). The description and length of most tours is indicated in the ~Service Description~ in BLINK. The length indicated is approximate and can be shorter or longer depending on external factors such as traffic or weather.
  7. All SIC Transfers are minimum 2 passengers in all cities.
  8. Waiting time for International Flights is 45 minutes after landing at SSR international Airport or at the Harbour Port Louis.
  9. Waiting time for Domestic Flights is 45 minutes after landing at the Airport and harbour.
  10. Please note that there are restrictions to our services that may not be shown in our Online System Reservation BLINK. Services will not be rendered: X December 25th, 01 & 02 Janaury (We operate transfers but no catamaran excursions).
  11. In order to qualify to Direct Billing privileges you must send a deposit of  €5,000. Tour Operators that have established credit privileges with Bliss Holiday will be granted 30-days grace period after the service was rendered. Payment must be received by wire transfer or check payable to Bliss Holiday Ltd, 2nd Floor NG Tower Cybercity Ebene Mauritius within 30 days from the day service was rendered. Any outstanding invoiced amounts will be charged to the Master Account Credit Card on file.
  12. Invoices can be settled by Credit Card or Wire Transfers. Credit Card payments are subject to an additional 4% transaction fee. Please note that invoiced amounts MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL INCLUDING ALL WIRE FEES. It is the client responsibility to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the booking. Our system will interpret any amount discrepancies as failed payment (partial payment) and the reservation may be cancelled if the amount received does not match the invoices amount. We accept - and highly recommend - the use of alternate form of payments such as which may result in lower fees and reduce costs.
  13. Any Transfers: changes (flight and/or time) or cancellations of confirmed services must be received at least one business day (or more depending on each service) prior scheduled time in order to avoid 100% penalty.
  14. We will apply a surcharge of €25.00 per service for transfers operated between h.00:00, Midnight and h.6:00AM (SIC/PRIVATE/LIMO).
  15. Our commitment is to provide the best service to our passengers. In the event that a service is not be provided because of a mechanical, technical problem or human negligence imputable to us, we will issue a full credit to the Travel Professional Company equal and not exceeding the value amount published in this tariff.
  16. All Ground Services requests for Groups of 20 or more will be charged a 13% surcharge when the hotel is not booked with Atelier of the Incentives or Bliss Holiday.
  17. Please note that all tickets (Shows, Sport, Music Events are subject to last minute increases beyond our control. ONCE CONFIRMED all tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE and 100% PENALTY APPLIES if cancelled.
  18. This agreement can be downloaded from our site using your Travel Professional~s credentials. It is valid the first day of November through the last day of October of the next year. The rates included in this Tariff can be changed solely by Bliss Holiday in written form.
